Broker/Realtor®I love the natural beauty of Western NC and the culture of Asheville. When I am not off showing properties or internet marketing my listings, you can find me hiking with my dog in Montreat or on the Mountain to Sea Trail, at a yoga class, strolling through the River Arts District or at the farmers market. I’ve been a Realtor since 2004. I am ECO and NAR Green certified , member of the WNC Green Building Council. I love researching properties and making sure that my sellers and buyers can make informed decisions, are getting the best price possible and are having a positive experience. See what some of my clients have to say about me. I look forward to meeting you.
Sybil Argintar is an Asheville native and is very familiar with Western North Carolina and all that it has to offer. In particular, Sybil is familiar with many historic neighborhoods in Asheville, including historic Montford, recently recognized in the 2011 Best Old-House Neighborhoods, picked by the editors of This Old House magazine. Sybil has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA), as well as a Master of Historic Preservation (MHP), both from the University of Georgia, and specializes in historic property brokerage. She will assist all clients from start to finish, from the first-time buyer or seller, to the seasoned real estate investor.
Suzanne (Sue) Francisco
Western North Carolina is not my home town, but I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather live! Even though I have lived here, on and off, for the past 25 years, there is still so much I have yet to see and do! I am a transplant from Maryland and decided WNC would be the best place to raise my two children. I attended the University of North Carolina in Asheville where I received my BA in Psychology and a K-6 Teaching License. Facilitating learning in children has always been my passion. In addition to being a mom and an educator, I also foster unwanted kittens, puppies and their mothers through Brother Wolf Animal Rescue in Asheville. I was able to foster animals in my classroom which was a great experience for my students, the animals and the community! I remained an educator for seven years until I decided a change was necessary. I recently earned my Real Estate license and joined the Asheville Board of Realtors. I am excited about my new career. I can’t think of anything more rewarding than helping people find the home they always dreamed of!

Broker In Charge
I have lived in Black Mountain since 1992 and raised my children in this community. I earned a Masters of Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University in 2005, which gives me tools to solve a wide range of problems encountered in a real estate transaction. In December 2008, I earned from the Asheville Board of Realtors® the ECO Certification, a 36-hour course covering a wide range of environmental issues from green building techniques to home energy usage to land conservation. I earned my Real Estate license in 1998 and was the first Broker in Charge at the Village of Cheshire in Black Mountain. I am eternally grateful to the plumbers, electricians, carpenters, inspectors, contractors, attorneys, paralegals, surveyors, lenders, insurance agents, architects, painters, and local government workers who consistently provide excellent service, charge a fair price and show up when scheduled. This business would not function without them and because of their fine work we have been able to close over one hundred thirty properties. More importantly we have matched dozens of people to their next dream. It just doesn't get any better than that.
PS So that I may better serve my current clients, I will not be taking any new clients till January 12th. Please contact any of the other fine Dawn Wilson Realty Brokers.

Tim is an extraordinary administrator, master puzzle brain, and computer wrangler. He handles everything we throw his way, from web site management to clearing dead possums out of crawl spaces. He keeps the books, juggles the showing schedules, scares away the bears, reminds us of appointments, finds lost keys, lost cell phones, lost clients, and lost minds. He makes our world go around and we are always grateful.
