I have lived in Black Mountain since 1992 and raised my children in this community. I earned a Masters of Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University in 2005, which gives me tools to solve a wide range of problems encountered in a real estate transaction. In December 2008, I earned from the Asheville Board of Realtors® the ECO Certification, a 36-hour course covering a wide range of environmental issues from green building techniques to home energy usage to land conservation. I am eternally grateful to the plumbers, electricians, carpenters, inspectors, contractors, attorneys, paralegals, surveyors, lenders, insurance agents, architects, painters, and local government workers who consistently provide excellent service, charge a fair price and show up when scheduled. This business would not function without them and because of their fine work we have been able to close thirty properties. More importantly we have matched over sixty people to their next dream. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Sybil Argintar

Sybil Argintar is an Asheville native and is very familiar with Western North Carolina and all that it has to offer. In particular, Sybil is familiar with many historic neighborhoods in Asheville, including historic Montford, recently recognized in the 2011 Best Old-House Neighborhoods, picked by the editors of This Old House magazine. Sybil has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA), as well as a Master of Historic Preservation (MHP), both from the University of Georgia, and specializes in historic property brokerage.
